Job Summary

Quess Corp is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Domestic IT Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality IT professionals, and closing positions within defined timelines while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT staffing requirements, primarily C2H positions.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely feedback.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche IT requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure adherence to client SLAs and internal processes.




- Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends.
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure into contract staffing.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
