As the India Country IT Manager, this role is fully responsible for IT operations management across the India region and is accountable for India IT service quality, business support capability, and project delivery results. It coordinates local IT teams, business demand, project implementation, and vendor management, carries forward the Groups digital strategy on the ground, connects the Global IT Capability Center with the China IT COE, and ensures effective integration between global standards and local business needs.

Key responsibilities:

1. IT Operations Management: Fully responsible for regional IT operations in India and for ensuring stable operation of business systems. Establish and continuously optimize the local IT service model, improve user satisfaction, IT KPI, SLA performance, and continuously improve IT operation capability by leading local application support, ITBP/ITBA, and infrastructure teams.
2. Business Demand Management: Act as the ultimate owner of India business IT demand, managing the ITBP/ITBA team to complete business demand collection, analysis, prioritization, and ongoing tracking. Promote continuous business process optimization, identify digital improvement opportunities, coordinate the Global IT Capability Center to complete demand assessment, solution design, and implementation delivery, and ensure local demand complies with Group digital standards and global template requirements.
3. Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of local IT projects in India, including initiation, planning, implementation, go-live, and user acceptance. Support the local deployment and rollout of Group global projects in India. Manage project risks, resources, cost, and schedule to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, and coordinate business departments, vendors, and Group IT teams to complete implementation.
4. Local Team and Vendor Management: Build and manage the India local IT team, including ITBP, application support, and related external resources. Manage local IT service providers,



establish performance evaluation and continuous improvement mechanisms, and build standardized operations processes and a knowledge base to enhance overall team capability.
5. International Collaboration: Implement management standards, service specifications, and technical requirements defined by the Global IT Capability Center. Coordinate the HQ IT resources to provide professional technical support and operations support (L2-L3). Promote the codification of excellent India practices into the Groups global digital templates and support replication in other overseas regions.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information management, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related major.

Work Experience:

More than 8 years of IT experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years of IT team management experience.

Experience in implementation or operation of core enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and CRM.

Experience in IT management for multinational companies or overseas factories is preferred.

End-to-end project management experience, with the ability to independently deliver medium- to large-scale digital projects.

Qualified Capabilities:

Familiar with manufacturing business processes across supply chain, production, procurement, sales, and finance.

Familiar with ITIL service management concepts and project management methods (PMP preferred).

Strong business demand analysis and process optimization capability.

Able to coordinate application systems, infrastructure, and external vendors to solve complex problems.

Candidates familiar with localized IT applications, regulations, and business scenarios are preferred.
