Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced IT Partner Governance Specialist to manage strategic partner relationships, ensure SLA compliance, oversee governance processes, and drive vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities: Manage IT partner/vendor governance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and partner performance through regular governance reviews.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements.

Support audits, risk management, and closure of governance actions.

Establish and manage partner contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Build strong relationships with partners and resolve conflicts effectively.

Required Skills: ✔ 3–4 years of experience in IT Partner Governance, Vendor Management, or Managed Services

✔ Experience with SLA, KPI, governance reporting, and stakeholder management

✔ Solid contract and compliance management skills

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✔ ITIL knowledge (COBIT certification is a plus)
