Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, technical support, and client technology-related queries. The role ensures system reliability, security, operational efficiency, and timely resolution of internal and client-facing technology issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and business applications.

- Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Lead IT support and resolve technical issues within SLA.

- Handle client technology queries, system access requests, integrations, and technical escalations.

- Coordinate with clients on application issues, system enhancements, and implementation support.

- Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and technology assets.

- Implement automation, BOTs,



APIs, and process improvements.

- Monitor system performance, uptime, and compliance.

- Lead and develop the IT team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 8+ years of IT experience with team management responsibilities.

- Experience in infrastructure management, client support, and application troubleshooting.
