Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within SLA.




- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Implement network changes, upgrades, and patches.
- Coordinate with L3 engineers and vendors for critical incidents.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs.
- Ensure network security by implementing ACLs, NAT, VPNs, and firewall policies.
- Support data center networking and disaster recovery activities.
