Role Overview: Skilled IT Officer with a comprehensive understanding of the O365 suite, proficient skills in Windows Desktop, Wireless technology, Ticketing software, and a demonstrated ability to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities:

- The candidate should possess productive track record preparing detailed reports using Excel.
- having a corporate exposure (with user support of 300-500) ranging from 6 to 8 years.
- Ability to provide support and guidance to IT team members (handing team of 3-5 members)
- Capable of efficiently administering day-to-day IT operations and activities, reporting directly to the IT Manager
- ITSM service management
- Following ITIL Framework Incident/Request/Change within Agreed SLA.
- Mentor and coach team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Education Qualification: BS in Computer Science or similar field

Experience Required

8-10 years of corporate experience

3-4 years of experience in lead role
