Job Title: IT Sales Recruiter(US IT Staffing)

Location: Chirala, Bapatla District AP

Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night shifts)

Experience: 2-4 Yearsin US IT Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate directly with prime vendors and clients on US-based staffing requirements intake, priority, submission deadlines, and feedback.
- Source and screen US-based IT consultants via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal database, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Work live requirements from direct clients, prime vendors, and VMS/MSP portals; submit qualified profiles with well-written summaries.
- Screen on technical skills, rate, location, availability, and work authorization; negotiate rates on W2, C2C, and 1099 terms.
- Schedule client interviews across US time zones, prep candidates, and drive feedback through to closure.
- Support onboarding and documentation; stay in touch with placed consultants for retention and extensions.




- Maintain the ATS and requirement trackers; report daily on submittals and pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on US IT recruiting with a staffing or consulting firm (not domestic recruiting).
- Proven working relationships with US prime vendors and implementation partners.
- Solid knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H-1B, H-4 EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, GC-EAD) and W2/C2C/1099 rate structures.
- Ability to screen meaningfully across Java, .NET, Python, cloud, data engineering, QA, DevOps, and ERP requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written English; familiarity with US geography and time zones.
- Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an ATS.
- Willing to work the 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST shift, onsite in Chirala.

Preferred: VMS/MSP experience (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, Coupa, VNDLY); JobDiva, Ceipal, or Bullhorn; an existing US consultant and vendor network.
