Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, resources, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage cross-functional infrastructure teams, including system administrators, network engineers, cloud engineers, and external vendors.
- Oversee the deployment, upgrade, and migration of enterprise infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical project plans.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and risk management processes.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including virtualization, cloud adoption, and data center optimization.
- Coordinate implementation and integration of core infrastructure services, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and networking components.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate risks and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, availability, performance,



and compliance requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and third-party service providers.
- Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in infrastructure operations and project execution.

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, and Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and enterprise identity services.
- Experience managing Data Center Infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
- Positive understanding of IT infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and system performance optimization.
- Experience with ITIL processes, change management, and infrastructure project governance.
