Role Description The IT Infrastructure Engineer – L1/L2 (Pre-Sales & Technical Support) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves providing L1/L2 technical support for infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and security-related incidents.

The engineer will assist in pre-sales activities such as understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals, participating in product demonstrations, and supporting solution design. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service tickets, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with senior engineers and vendors, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements. The role also requires proactive monitoring of systems,



implementing minor configuration changes, and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
- Candidates should possess Information Technology knowledge related to servers, operating systems, cloud or virtualization, and IT best practices.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including basic configuration and monitoring of switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Candidates should possess Network Security understanding, including access control, secure configurations, and fundamental security principles.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support experience, including ticket handling, incident resolution, and customer communication.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar credentials are beneficial.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage priorities, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
