Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Infra and Security Lead Data Center to manage and secure enterprise data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices.

The role requires expertise in data center operations, network and server infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Management :

- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of critical IT infrastructure.
- Manage Windows and Linux server environments along with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Data Center Operations :

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the data center with maximum uptime.
- Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, hardware installations, rack management, and vendor activities.
- Lead disaster recovery (DR) planning, backup strategies, and business continuity initiatives.

Information & Network Security :

- Implement and manage security controls across servers,



networks, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
- Administer firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and identity & access management solutions.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and risk assessments.
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation activities.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and organizational security standards.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead and mentor infrastructure and security engineers.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, networking, and security teams for seamless project execution.
- Work closely with vendors, OEMs, and managed service providers.
- Prepare technical reports, management dashboards, and infrastructure health reviews.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, and Information Security.
- Robust hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS Storage, and enterprise networking.
- Experience managing enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or Check Point).
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred.
