Position Overview :

We are seeking a strategic, business-focused, and hands-on Head of IT to lead our technology landscape, digital transformation initiatives, and IT operations. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this role will be responsible for defining the organization's technology vision, strengthening enterprise architecture, driving digital innovation, ensuring business continuity, and building a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT ecosystem.

As the senior IT leader, you will bridge business strategy with technology execution, ensuring IT serves as a strategic enabler of growth rather than a support function.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the organization's IT roadmap aligned with business growth, leading enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, WMS/POS, HRMS), system integrations, and adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and cloud solutions.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure including cloud environments, networks, retail and warehouse IT, and endpoint ecosystems while maintaining 99.9%+ system availability through robust service levels.
- Establish and strengthen cybersecurity, data governance, access management, regulatory compliance (DPDP, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2), and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity frameworks.
- Manage annual IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets, optimize technology investments, negotiate vendor and MSP contracts, and drive software and license optimization.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead enterprise technology projects including ERP implementations, infrastructure modernization, network standardization, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Drive key technology outcomes including 99.9%+ uptime,



zero major security incidents, 100% audit compliance, 90%+ internal IT satisfaction, and delivery within approved budgets.

Profile &

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.).

Experience :

- 12 - 18 years of progressive experience in corporate IT environments.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior IT leadership role (Head of IT, Senior IT Manager, or equivalent) leading medium to large teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology operations in organizations with annual revenues of 500 crore - 700 crore+.

Technical Expertise :

- Experience leading ERP implementations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), Retail POS platforms, WMS solutions, CRM, and HRMS.
- Strong expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructure, SD-WAN, enterprise networking, VPNs, centralized endpoint management, and retail IT infrastructure.
- Exposure to cloud-managed networking platforms such as Cisco Meraki or TP-Link Omada.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CDN technologies, and database optimization.
- Robust understanding of enterprise security architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL v4, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
