Your Tasks

- Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange, or SAP Workzone
- Ensure smooth operation of email & telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches according to ITIL standards
- Document features and changes for administrators and end users via FAQ pages and manuals
- Support end-users in effective use of communication and collaboration tools
- Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems
- Collaborate as part of a global IT Communication & Collaboration service team

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field




- 2–4 years of proven experience in application operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft & SAP services (e.g., MS Teams, Exchange)
- In-depth skills related to application lifecycle, including security and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications and the M365 environment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and proven experience with service management tools like ServiceNow
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified, ITIL Certified)
- Robust global communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- PowerShell scripting skills are helpful
