Job Summary The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and hotel management systems. The role includes providing technical support to all departments, resolving IT issues, and ensuring data security and system availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to hotel staff and departments.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, internet, and server-related issues.
- Maintain hotel software such as PMS, POS, Accounting, HRMS, and other operational systems.
- Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for system maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure antivirus, software updates, and security patches are up to date.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.




- Support new system installations and technology upgrades.
- Respond promptly to IT-related complaints and minimize system downtime.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic server administration.
- Experience with hotel applications such as PMS, POS, and HRMS.
- Understanding of networking, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of data backup and cybersecurity practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality Industry.
- Familiarity with systems such as Opera PMS, IDS, or similar hotel management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
