What You Bring





- Possession of a degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Digital Business Partner or within an Operational Technology (OT) workplace.
- Proven track record in building, scaling, and leading distributed teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in partner management, particularly in engaging with senior leaders as primary partners.
- Significant experience in Digital project implementation and management, coupled with substantial leadership foresight.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure, applications and cyber security with mandatory hands-on technical expertise in at least one relevant area.
- Proficiency in Financial Management, including service planning and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Practical experience with automation and visualization platforms is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security within an OT environment, with experience leading ISO 27001 audits, is highly advantageous.
