Experience:

- Three to four years of experience in SAP support of SD and MM modules
- Order to cash process - Document types, Item Category, Local Sales, Export Sales, Sample Sales, SEZ Sales, Pricing, Discounts, Schemes, Delivery, Billing and Taxation
- Procure to Pay - PR, PO, Document Types, Item Category, Account Assignment, Movement Types, and Inventory Management
- Integration with other modules like QM, PP, and FICO
- ITSM process and ticketing tools

Responsibilities:

- Resolve P1 and P2 tickets within 2 to 4 hours and 4 to 8 hours of time respectively
- Work in the night shift
- Coordinate with the users across departments
- Resolve the tickets created by the users
- Updating the status and issue resolution on the ticketing tool
- Documentation of resolution provided
- Document collection from users and other stakeholders - update on the ticketing tool




- Daily and weekly update of the status of tickets

Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (any specialisation)

Functional Skills

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Creating Pivot Tables
- Must - Attention to detail, with a keen eye on catching errors and lapses in data and solution.
- Positive communication skills
- Should follow up on tickets promptly
