About the Role

We are seeking an cutting-edge Associate IT Analyst II with 3+ years of experience to build AI-powered solutions, develop intelligent agents, and drive AI adoption across the organization. The role focuses on Agentic AI, GenAI integrations, automation, and evaluating emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and Copilot Studio solutions to automate business processes and enhance employee productivity.

Develop agentic workflows leveraging SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise data sources.

Design and implement RAG-based AI experiences, custom copilots, and knowledge solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 content.

Create AI-powered solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 services.

Develop secure integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and enterprise applications.

Leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Claude Code, and Cursor to accelerate delivery.

Drive AI adoption through governance, training, best practices, and measurable business outcomes.

Research, prototype,



and scale innovative Microsoft AI and Agentic AI solutions across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies

Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365

Basic understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI concepts

Familiarity with Dataverse, APIs, JSON, and Power Platform integrations

Experience working with GitHub or Azure DevOps for solution management

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver automated and AI-assisted solutions Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation, customization, and adoption.

Copilot Studio agent development and enterprise deployment.

SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, and knowledge management solutions.
