IoT Engineer Intern (On-Site)
We are looking for passionate and self-driven interns interested in IoT, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation. Candidates with exposure to Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) or PCB Design will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test IoT-based embedded solutions.
Work with ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, sensors, and communication modules.
Develop firmware using C/C++ and Python.
Integrate IoT devices with cloud platforms using MQTT, HTTP, and REST APIs.
Assist in hardware testing, debugging, and prototype development.
Collaborate on Industrial IoT and Edge AI applications.
Document technical work and participate in design discussions.
Support deployment, testing and optimization of production-ready solutions.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of IoT and Embedded Systems.
Programming knowledge in C/C++ and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar development boards.
Basic knowledge of sensors, actuators, communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI), and electronics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
Added Advantage
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
Exposure to Computer Vision or Edge AI.
Experience in PCB Design using KiCad, EasyEDA, Altium or similar tools.
Understanding of Industrial Automation or PLCs.
Internship Details
Position: IoT Engineer Intern
Duration: 6 Months
Location: FTBI, NIT Rourkela, Odisha
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
