Job Summary

We are hiring an Inventory & MIS Executive to support periodic stock audits, inventory reconciliations, Excel/Google Sheets reporting, e-commerce backend reporting, and basic IT troubleshooting for a multi-branch women's ethnic wear retail company based in Jaipur. Good prospect for candidates strong in Excel who want to build a career in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodic physical stock audits at the Jaipur store and reconcile with system records, with occasional visits to outstation stores
- Reconcile Inventory records including stock transfers, pending approvals, job work, and Inventory transactions using Excel/Google Sheets
- Provide first-level checks for basic IT issues (desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV) and coordinate with vendors for anything beyond that.
- Handle e-commerce backend tasks Claims, returns/order reconciliation, and inventory updates.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports (stock, sales, reconciliation) using Excel or Google Sheets




- Operate and provide support on the Inventory management software to the End-Users

Skills & Qualifications:

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data entry, simple reports) is a must.
- 12 years of experience; freshers with strong Excel skills and willingness to learn are welcome
- Basic awareness of computer hardware and peripherals; comfortable coordinating with vendors for technical support.
- Graduate in any stream (BCA, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory)
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to outstation retail stores (travel expenses covered)

Salary: 15,000- 20,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance) Location: Head Office: 10/11, Narayansingh Circle, Jaipur, Rajasthan
