Role Description The Inventory Manager at Origin Fresh will oversee day-to-day inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels for fresh produce and related items in our Bengaluru facilities. This full-time, on-site role includes monitoring incoming and outgoing stock, conducting regular audits, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimize wastage while meeting demand.

The Inventory

Manager will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to manage replenishment schedules, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear documentation and reporting.



The role also includes implementing and improving inventory control processes, tracking performance metrics, and supporting efficient, sustainable supply chain practices aligned with the company's freshness standards. Collaboration, clear communication, and a strong focus on operational reliability are key to success in this position.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory control and inventory management skills, including experience with stock tracking systems and process optimization.

- Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, forecasting demand, and making data-driven decisions to reduce wastage.

- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders.

- Customer service orientation, with the ability to support internal and external partners to uphold product quality and reliability.

- Prior experience in food, grocery, retail, or supply chain operations, preferably with fresh or perishable goods.

- Proficiency in inventory or ERP software and basic spreadsheet tools for reporting and analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work on-site in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment in Bengaluru.
