About the Role
Sazrika Fashion is looking for a proactive and organized Raw Stock Inventory Manager to oversee fabric inventory, warehouse operations, and stock movement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, inventory management, and basic computer skills for maintaining challans and stock records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage raw fabric inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Receive, inspect, and issue fabrics as per production requirements.
- Monitor stock movement and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Prepare and maintain challans, inward and outward entries, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with the purchase, production, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of fabrics in the warehouse.
- Track stock shortages and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Maintain inventory reports and update management on stock availability.
- Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping and inventory accuracy.
Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, textile materials, and quality identification.
- Experience in raw stock and warehouse inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel and challan preparation).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and minimize inventory discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Experience in the textile or garment industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
