- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and spare parts.
- Perform daily stock updates and periodic physical stock verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with the purchase, production, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
- Maintain inward and outward stock records using ERP or Excel.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
- Inspect incoming raw materials and purchased components.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections during production.
