Internship JD Institutional Partnerships

Function: Institutional Partnerships (mySATHI / OPM) & TalEvate New Business

About the Role

CL Educate is scaling a new institutional business line spanning three platforms mySATHI (4C aptitude diagnostics & Career Compass employability program), TalEvate (campus placement platform connecting universities, corporates and students), and OPM (Online Program Management, under the EDCIL/Govt. of India mandate covering 143 universities). The team is currently building a pipeline across 15+ universities (incl. BHU, GGSIPU, NIIT University, BITS Digital, JKLU, Manavrachna) and corporates (incl.

Sun Pharma, Shriram Group, Quest Global, InfoEdge), alongside the EDCIL OPM rollout targeting ~47 universities in 1824 months. Interns will work directly with the Business Head across BD, onboarding, platform testing, and pilot execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation (Corporate & University): Identify and build outreach pipelines for target universities (EDCIL's 143-institution mandate) and corporates for mySATHI, Career Compass and TalEvate; research VC/Registrar/Placement-Head/HR contacts and draft first-touch outreach.
- Client Onboarding: Support onboarding of signed university and corporate partners account setup, data collection, scheduling onboarding/demo calls, and SOP adherence (per mySATHI/TalEvate onboarding playbooks).
- Platform Build & Testing: Assist in testing and QA of TalEvate,



mySATHI 4C and Career Compass; log bugs/UX feedback (customer-journey style) and coordinate fixes with the product team.
- Pilot Execution: Coordinate logistics for diagnostic (D&D;), placement and OPM pilots student/faculty onboarding, test-window scheduling, score-report tracking and follow-ups.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain and update the prospective-client tracker, task tracker and MIS dashboards; prepare weekly status notes for review.
- Content & Event Support: Support creation of decks, MoMs, proposals, one-pagers and outreach emails for university/corporate conversations and conclaves/events.

Who We're Looking For

- Final-year graduates / current MBA or PG students; solid written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with Excel/PPT; structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage ambiguity in a 0-to-1 environment.
- Interest in BD/sales, or higher-education consulting preferred.
- Those who love to work in a fast-moving environment.
- A hold on various AI tools to boost personal productivity.
