We manage end-to-end EV operations including electric vehicle fleets, trained rider partners, charging solutions, and technology-led fleet management. With operations across Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, and Goa, BLive is at the forefront of India's EV-first logistics transition. Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Graduate Management Interns to join our team across multiple business functions. During the internship, you will work on live business projects that directly impact the organization's growth and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve real business challenges, take ownership of deliverables, and gain hands-on industry experience while working closely with experienced leaders.

Work on live business projects within your assigned function.





Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.

Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and drive outcomes.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Present project findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements

MBA/Postgraduate (2025 Passouts) from a recognized institute.

Students from all specializations are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
