Communicate professionally with US-based clients and stakeholders over voice calls.

Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining high-quality communication standards.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.

Follow company processes, quality guidelines, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.





Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Build positive relationships through effective communication and customer service. Eligibility

Any Graduate.
