Skills and Qualifications





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of international voice processes and customer service standards.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including night shifts if required.
