Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats as per process requirements.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet defined quality and performance targets (e.g., AHT, CSAT, FCR).
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to process compliance and guidelines.

Skills Required:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A customer-first attitude.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent spoken English and the ability to handle global customers.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts (5 Days working, 2 Days OFF).

QUALIFICATION:

- Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
