Role & responsibilities
1. Provide online counselling to clients through chat, calls, and video sessions.
2. Advise clients on concerns related to marriage, career, relationships, health, and other personal matters.
3. Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
4. Deliver a positive and supportive counselling experience for every client.
5. Maintain the performance dashboard as defined by the company.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Comfortable working in a contract-based role.
2. Available to work a 6-day workweek with a rotational weekly day off.
3. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
