Role Description The International Sales Support Specialist IC Role ( Night Shift ) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role supports global sales activities by coordinating with international sales teams, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other sales systems. The specialist responds to inquiries from prospective learners and corporate clients, provides product and course information, and ensures timely follow-up to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include managing documentation for international deals,



assisting with sales reports and dashboards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as operations, marketing, and finance to resolve issues. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all customer and partner interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong International Sales and International Business skills to support global markets and diverse customer segments.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including CRM usage, pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales process coordination.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for handling international clients and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work with data and basic analytics to generate reports, track KPIs, and identify trends in sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in education, EdTech, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment and adapting to different time zones and cultural contexts.
