International Security Manager

I Job Responsibilities

- Security System and Policy Development: Responsible for the planning, development, and operational management of security systems for overseas projects; formulate risk-based security strategies; develop and refine security management policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans (EPRPs); and participate in the formulation of the company’s overall security strategy.
- Security Information and Risk Assessment: Collect overseas security information and public sentiment data, and provide professional analysis; conduct threat and risk assessments (TRA), regularly update risk levels, and develop prevention and control measures; prepare security situation reports.
- Daily Operations and Facilities Management: Oversee the effective operation of security systems; coordinate security duties such as gate inspections and patrols; manage security facilities including surveillance, alarm, and access control systems; and be responsible for the procurement, allocation, and management of security equipment.
- Emergency Response: Promptly and appropriately handle emergencies to ensure the safety of overseas employees and protect their property; organize emergency response and crisis management (including recovery and business continuity); serve as on-site commander during major incidents and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Team Management: Responsible for establishing, managing, training,



and evaluating the security team; organizing security training and emergency drills; and enhancing the team’s qualified skills and emergency response capabilities.
- External Relations and Compliance: Liaise with embassies and consulates abroad, local governments, police departments, and international security organizations; maintain communication with local law enforcement agencies and partners; manage the quality of services provided by security vendors; and carry out security compliance and audit activities

II. Job Requirements

- Education and Experience: · Associate’s degree or higher
- Professional Skills:

- Familiarity with international security standards and laws and regulations; systematic understanding of overseas manned, technical, and physical security systems; ·
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, manage crises, and direct emergency response;
- Familiarity with the geopolitical environment

3. Language and Skills:
- Good English communication skills; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
- Strong official document writing skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
