Our products serve the automotive, hydraulic, engineering, and industrial sectors across domestic and international markets. As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our international marketing and business development efforts. ──────── ? International Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to expand Nalika’s presence in global markets.
- Identify and develop new overseas customers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Generate export enquiries through digital platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and networking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with international customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and marketing materials for global customers.
- Achieve export sales and market development targets.





We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in International Marketing, Export Sales, or Business Development in manufacturing.
- Experience in steel tubes, steel, metals, engineering products, automotive components, hydraulics, or industrial B2B sales is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, international logistics, and global trade practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing ness to travel internationally for customer visits and exhibitions. ──────── ⭐ Preferred Industry Background
