We are hiring International Customer Support Executives with 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing excellent service in an international customer support environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice and other support channels.

- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.

- Understand customer issues and resolve them within defined timelines.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.

- Achieve quality, productivity,



and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Customer Support / BPO is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

- Willing to work from the office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
