Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from the office.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
