Broad Function: We are looking to hire high-acumen, aggressive BDE’S based in India who can hunt, engage, and generate qualified meetings for international markets including EMEA, APAC, ANZ, and the US. This role requires strong outbound skills, confidence in engaging senior decision-makers, and the ability to own and build a pipeline across global regions. This is a strategic, high-ownership role for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate about technology, logistics, and solving real-world problems in delivery infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):



Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation - Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and email outreach Targeting & ICP Identification- Identify and target the right Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across assigned regions Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with CXOs, operations heads, and senior decision-makers in international markets.

Objection

Handling & Meeting Conversion- Handle objections confidently and drive conversations toward qualified meetings.

Regional

Ownership & Accountability- Own a specific region or market and be accountable for: Meetings booked Pipeline creation Opportunity quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align on messaging and target accounts.
