Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent and empathetic service.
- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow company protocols and maintain strict data confidentiality.
Who We're Looking For

- Experienced Candidates:
We are looking for individuals with a track record of success in international voice or blended processes.
- Work Schedule: Must be willing to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Location: Must be comfortable working from our office in Pune.
Compensation & Advantages
- Salary:
- Freshers: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 (in-hand), equating to approximately ₹3 LPA.
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹6.5 LPA, with a 30% hike on your last drawn salary.
