nThe IB Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in the International Business (IB) domain, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. The role requires expertise in global business practices, international trade, cross-cultural management, and international marketing to prepare students for global careers.

NKey Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate andpostgraduate courses in International Business, Global Marketing, International Trade, Export-Import Management, Cross-Cultural Management, International Finance, and Global Supply Chain Management.

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and experiential learning sessions.

- Mentor students in academic projects, internships, research, and career development.
N
- Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and accreditation activities.
N
- Conduct research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
N
- Participate in departmental, institutional,



and student engagement activities.

- Build industry collaborations to enhance practical learning and global exposure.

nEligibility Criteria:

NAssistant Professor

n

- Master's Degree and Ph.D. in International Business (Mandatory).
N
- Solid teaching aptitude and research potential.
N
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
N

nAssociate Professor

N

n
- Ph.D. in International Business.
N
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized university/institution.
N
- Minimum 7 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
N
- Candidates should have experience in supervising PhD scholars, with at least one research scholar registered under their guidance.
N
- Proven experience in research supervision, academic leadership, and institutional administrative responsibilities will be preferred.

nNote: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an export or import business dealing with products or services.
