About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to drive global business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in international lead generation, customer relationship management, and market expansion initiatives.This role requires a professional who can identify international business opportunities, expand existing markets, introduce new product categories through global partnerships, and build relationships with international brands seeking entry into the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and develop international business leads through market research, networking platforms, industry databases, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with international clients, distributors, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, business reviews, and commercial discussions with global stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end business development activities from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop existing markets through strategic marketing interventions, customer engagement initiatives, portfolio expansion, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends across international markets.
- Identify product categories in the Indian market where new products can be introduced through international manufacturing partnerships.
- Evaluate market gaps, consumer demand, and commercial viability for new product introductions and portfolio expansion.
- Identify and engage international brands for potential partnerships,



collaborations, and market-entry opportunities in India.
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership discussions to establish mutually beneficial business agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute market expansion, product launch, and partnership strategies.
- Prepare business proposals, market intelligence reports, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
- Track business opportunities, partnership pipelines, and key performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in International Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Export/Import Business, Market Expansion, or Global Sourcing will be preferred.
