Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation - Outbound* Make outbound calls to US customers from provided database Explain different health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage Qualify leads based on customer needs and eligibility Schedule appointments for licensed agents/sales team Maintain and update all lead data in CRM accurately Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets Skills and Qualifications: Language: Fluent English with neutral accent preferred Communication: Excellent speaking, convincing & listening skills Education: 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers & experienced both can apply Experience: 0-3 years in International BPO/Telecalling preferred Technical: Basic computer knowledge, CRM & internet usage Shift: Comfortable with US Night Shift Salary &
Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month fix salary Incentives: ₹5,000 - ₹50,000 per month on lead generation Work Workplace: Shift Timing: US Shift 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
