This is a crucial role for a skilled with a background in both internal and external communication, who can effectively engage employees and strengthen company culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working directly with leadership teams, managing external agencies, and leveraging tools like the company intranet to deliver key messages.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to align employees with the company's vision and goals.
- Work closely with the leadership team to craft and disseminate key messages and company-wide announcements.
- Manage external agencies and communication partners to support both internal and external campaigns.
- Oversee content and functionality of the company intranet,



ensuring it remains a valuable and engaging resource for all employees.
- Create and distribute various communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and presentations.
- Act as a bridge between internal and external communication efforts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.

Required Skills & Experience

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated Internal Communication role.
- Proven experience in a blended role that includes both Internal and External communication.
- Prior experience working alongside a leadership team to develop and implement communication strategies.
- A strong background in dealing with external agencies.
- Hands-on experience working with a company intranet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
