Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting





- Prepare and finalize financial statements (Ind AS compliant).
- Manage financial disclosures and related documentation.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Audit & Due Diligence

- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence processes.
- Coordinate with auditors for certifications and financial validation.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
- Handle tax assessments and notices.
- Maintain statutory records and filings.

Required Skills:

- CA-Inter / Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (Group I / Group II or both cleared), with at least one attempt at CA Final.
- Robust knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and taxation.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage deadline-driven reporting and compliance timelines.
