Task:

Connect with Students who have responded to targeted Meta Ads.

Make the 1st line call to potential students who want to go abroad for further studies.

Connect them and Book A Call with the 2nd Level Experts from the Education Services who will do the full explaining of the mobility.

- Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages.
- Transparent and confident phone etiquette.
- Active listening skills.

2. Telecalling / Inside Sales Skills

- Making outbound calls to leads.
- Handling initial objections and queries.
- Maintaining call quality and professionalism.

3. Customer Service Orientation

- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Patience while dealing with students from different backgrounds.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents.

Appointment Scheduling

- Coordinating with education experts.
- Managing calendars and meeting slots.
- Ensuring students attend scheduled consultations.

5. CRM and Computer Skills

- Updating lead information in CRM systems.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
- Data entry accuracy

Training will be provided onBasic Knowledge of Overseas Education
- Understanding study abroad destinations.
- Awareness of student mobility and international education trends.
- Knowledge of common student concerns (courses, universities, visas, costs).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
