Position : Digital Platform Support Intern / Fresher

Stipend : 20,000 per month

Location : Mumbai (Jogeshwari West / Goregaon East)

Internship Period : 6 Months to 12 months

Working Hours:

- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts:

08:00 AM to 04:00 PM 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM

10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

- Candidates Interested and want to work or make a career in various business functions of an ecommerce star-up company

- Freshers or interns are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Adaptable attitude and readiness to work in shifts

Current Hiring Requirement – Selected candidates/ Interns will be supporting in any of the following areas –

1. Subscription Sales

- Support in driving subscription sales through calls, follow-ups, and demos
- In alignment & guidance of seniors explain platform value, pricing, and plans to specific / assigned customers
- Support in monthly sales tasks & activities and maintain CRM records

2. Platform Onboarding & Experience

- Support and Onboard new users onto the digital platform




- Guide users through features and ensure smooth first experience
- Resolve basic user queries and coordinate with support teams

3. Yarn Sales

- Manage yarn sales inquiries and customer requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order execution
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers

4. Relationship Management (Success Buddy)

- Act as a single point of contact as a support for assigned customers
- Ensure and facilitate in customer success, engagement, and retention
- In alignment with their immediate seniors, proactively address concerns and share feedback with teams

5. Cataloguing

- Upload, update, and support in managing product catalog data
- Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Coordinate with sourcing and sales teams for data completeness

6. Logistics & Execution

- Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and order execution activities
- Track shipments and support to resolve delivery-related issues
- Liaise support to be provided to vendors, transporters, and internal stakeholdersRole & responsibilities
