Intern (People Process Automation & Digitalization)

Key Responsibilities

- Support the automation and digitization of People (HR) processes.
- Develop and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Assist in designing and managing SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Microsoft Excel Macros/VBA.
- Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting for HR metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through digital solutions.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend automation solutions.
- Maintain documentation for automated workflows, dashboards, and process changes.
- Provide support for testing, troubleshooting, and deploying automation solutions.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc. (IT), B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Final-year students or recent graduates are preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.




- Understanding of Power BI for data visualization.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation and digital transformation concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Apps, or VBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
