Role Description This is a full-time remote Intern role at Goldenhive Holidays. The intern will support the travel planning team by researching destinations, preparing itineraries, and assisting in the creation of holiday packages.

Daily tasks may include coordinating with vendors, organizing travel information, handling basic customer queries under supervision, and updating internal databases or documents. The intern will also help with content preparation for travel descriptions, social media posts, and marketing materials,



while learning about industry best practices. This role offers exposure to end-to-end travel operations and the chance to contribute to improving customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to gather and present travel-related information clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for preparing itineraries, basic content, and customer-facing information.
- Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and online platforms for remote collaboration.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes when coordinating bookings, logistics, and documentation.
- Interest in the travel and tourism sector, with willingness to learn about destinations, packages, and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
