We are entering a significant growth phase and are looking for motivated and analytical freshers who want to join us in this exciting journey. What will your role involve?

Work with large volumes of structured business data in a cloud data warehouse workplace.

Build and improve logic that cleans, standardizes, and structures inconsistent real-world data.

Perform data profiling, quality assessment, cleansing, standardization, and validation using SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.

Explore both rule-based and AI/LLM-driven approaches to the same problem and compare how each performs.

Carry out quality checks and accuracy assessments on data outputs at scale.

Build reusable SQL and Python utilities for data validation, duplicate detection, anomaly identification, and quality monitoring.

Write Python and SQL to support processing, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data consistency, integrity, and adherence to defined data quality standards.

Document transformation logic, business rules, and validation checks to support auditability and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with analytics, data science, and engineering teams through testing and review cycles. To help us level up, you will ideally have:

Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce,



Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline. We value candidates who can work with data from both a technical and business perspective, combining analytical skills with strong commercial reasoning to solve real-world problems.

Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, aggregations, CASE statements, window functions, and query optimization.

A solid foundation in Python, including data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis techniques.

A good understanding of data profiling, cleansing, transformation, normalization, deduplication, and validation concepts.

A researcher's instinct — curiosity about where data comes from, comfort digging through public sources, and the resourcefulness to search the internet thoroughly and surface information that is not readily available.

Familiarity with Git/version control and a working understanding of REST APIs and how systems exchange data.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS and Amazon Redshift.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine interest in working with data.

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with the US business and financial services landscape is a significant advantage.

Interest in LLMs and prompt engineering — prior hands-on experimentation is a plus.

Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com, and to the growing set of AI/LLM tools, is a plus — we value people who look to automate repetitive work rather than grind through it manually.

Exposure to lending, credit risk, fraud analytics, or financial services domain will be a strong advantage.
