Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Interior Site Supervisor.

The Interior Site

Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily operations at project sites, ensuring that interior construction is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing labor teams, monitoring progress, inspecting quality, resolving on-site issues, and liaising with designers, contractors, and vendors as needed.



The candidate will also ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of interior designs, space planning, and construction processes

Experience in project management, site supervision, and labor coordination

Proficiency in quality control, problem-solving, and time management

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of safety regulations, budgets, and cost management

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in office environment

Engineering degree or Diploma in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred

Prior experience in residential and commercial interior projects is a plus

Proficiency in applicable software such as AutoCAD or project management tools is an advantage
