Supervise Civil & Interior project execution as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and timelines. Manage labour, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure productivity and discipline. Take site measurements and interpret drawings accurately.
Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams. Plan materials, verify quality, and control wastage. Prepare quotations, estimates, and support vendor negotiations. Maintain DPRs, labour reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion. Resolve site issues independently and report progress to management.
