Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead and execute commercial interior fit-out projects across India. The candidate should have strong expertise in site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, billing, timeline management, and client handling, with the ability to deliver projects from start to handover

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects (office, retail, corporate, etc.)
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material flow
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards
- Supervise site activities including:
- Civil works
- False ceiling
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Electrical & HVAC coordination
- Plumbing & fire safety coordination
- Handle site measurements, RA bills, final billing, and BOQ tracking
- Monitor budget control and manage project cost effectively




- Ensure quality checks and timely rectification of snags
- Maintain site documentation: DPR, material reports, progress reports, etc.
- Ensure safety compliance and site discipline
- Manage handover process including snag clearance and final client approval

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Robust knowledge of commercial interior execution
- Excellent command on:
- BOQ / estimation understanding
- Site coordination
- Billing & measurements
- Project planning & reporting
- Ability to handle multiple sites and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability

Software Knowledge (Preferred)

- AutoCAD (basic understanding for coordination)
- MS Excel, MS Project

Qualification

Diploma / BE Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalant

Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience in commercial interior execution
