- Conversion

- Handle all incoming leads (walk-ins, digital, references, franchise inquiries)

- Ensure quick response time (within defined SLA)

- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline

- Convert leads into site visits / meetings

- Drive closure of deals and achieve monthly sales targets

2. Team Management

- Lead and manage the sales team (pre-sales + sales executives)

- Assign leads and track daily follow-ups

- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings

- Train team on pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques

- Monitor individual performance and improve conversion ratios

Client

Interaction &

- Relationship

- Attend key client meetings for high-value projects

- Understand customer requirements and align with design team

- Ensure smooth communication between client, designer, and operations

- Handle escalations and critical client concerns

4. Revenue &

- Target Achievement

- Own monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets

- Ensure revenue generation as per company goals

- Track pipeline and forecast sales accurately

- Push for upselling and cross-selling opportunities

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

- Work closely with:

- Design team (for proposals & presentations)

- Operations team (for execution feasibility)

- Accounts (for payment follow-ups)

- Ensure proper handover of projects post booking

6. Process &

- CRM Management

- Maintain accurate data in CRM (lead status, follow-ups, closures)

- Ensure all sales processes and SOPs are followed

- Track metrics:

- Lead to visit ratio

- Visit to booking ratio

- Average ticket size

- Sales cycle time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
