NRole: Operations Lead (Ops + Client Handling)
NOwn end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality and timelines.Act as the primary client contact, ensuring regular updates and a smooth experience. Drive stakeholder alignment and issue resolution to ensure successful project completion.
NWhat You'll Own

- Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish.

- Engage with clients andprovide regular project updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities).

- Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.

- Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).

- Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.

- Hire, mentor, and builda high-performing operations team.

- Ensure strict adherenceto processes, SOPs, and quality standards.

nSkills & Experience.

- B.Tech in Civil /Architecture,B.Tech + MBA(Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred).

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).

- Robust understanding ofproject management fundamentals.

- Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD,MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.
