Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 5 LPA depending on experience and skills.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions for residential and commercial spaces, including layout planning, material selection, and overall design aesthetics aligned with client requirements and brand standards. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding project briefs, preparing design proposals, collaborating with architects and contractors, and producing detailed drawings and presentations. The role involves coordinating FF&E; selections, ensuring design feasibility on site, reviewing construction progress,



and making necessary adjustments to maintain design integrity and quality.

The Interior

Designer will also support project documentation, cost awareness, and adherence to timelines and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, including Space Planning and understanding of Architecture fundamentals.

Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reading Construction Drawings, with the ability to translate design concepts into executable plans.

Candidates should possess knowledge of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.

Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.

Strong visual, creative, and conceptual skills, with attention to detail, color, materials, and finishes.

Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.

Relevant experience in residential or commercial interior projects;

experience in real estate or design firms in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
